Ever feel this way?

Ever been in a situation in your life where God was asking you to totally let go and trust Him? Here is a poem that I wrote recently on those very sentiments.... It's weird because in letting go He can work His will in your life and in dying to yourself He brings life....

...Letting Go...

Letting go of all my dreams
Like tossing sand into the sea
Is a painful part of life's reality
It is part of letting go

Letting go of all my plans
As one would of a lover's hand
Sometimes it's hard to understand
It is part of letting go

Letting go of all my thoughts
Of how my life should be
Is in fact a hard reality
It is part of letting go

Letting go of everything
My thoughts, my plans, my schemes
Is part of God's plan for me
Of fullfiling all my dreams,

It's part of letting go
